Turnaround – most products have a 5-7 business day production timeline, a couple have 10 days. Production time always begins at the approval of the final art to be printed. We do have options to produce most of these products faster, but rush charges will apply. Talk to your customer service representative about rush orders.

Design Service – all of the product prices are based on having a properly formatted digital file of the art for the project.  A print-ready PDF with bleeds is the preferred format.  If you cannot provide a print-ready digital file we can assist in the design and layout of your message at additional cost. 

Terms – all products are to be paid for at the time of order. The aggressive price points at which these products are offered does not allow us to extend terms.  For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, company checks or cash.

Shipping – Prices listed do not include shipping. Products may be picked up free of charge or can be shipped at additional cost.
