Minuteman Press is looking for an outside salesperson to represent our design printing & mailing services. Our target markets are both local and national so you will sell face to face as well as telephonically. A summary of your responsibilities:
Develop your sales goals for the upcoming period with the owners.
Develop a plan in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator on how to maintain & grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to achieve these sales goals.
-This plan is built around the company marketing segments.
-Include financial and mathematical analysis.
-Ensure you address the actions/activities that must occur to achieve the results.
Participate in developing the measurement tools for sales and marketing.
Conduct all sales activities to achieve the plans.
Participate in reporting results.
Make necessary adjustments to plans during the period to achieve the results.
Compensation will be salary plus commission with a bonus potential.
